| Job Description |
| You will be part of a team of
broadcast engineers and technicians who work together, relying on each other's knowledge
and experience. You could be changing filters on a transmitter or designing a
multi-station facility from the ground up, depending on your experience. You will
listen to the needs of our customers, recommend solutions and do it in a professional
manner. You should have the ability to inspire confidence and to get the job done - no
matter what it takes. A professional appearance will be required. Some projects involve
travel. |

| The ideal candidate will be a
down-to-earth, honest, and humble person. He /she will have extensive experience in studio
construction, RF construction, transmitters, AM directionals, computer hardware,
operating systems, and networks. He/she will have excellent people skills. If you
have all of these qualifications, you're hired. If you have some of them, let's talk. |

| Salary and Benefits |
| Your salary will be based on the
knowledge and experience you bring. Benefits include; training, insurance, NOT being
